Body Image

Body Positivity Hello Lovely, I hope everyone is having a great day. I wanted to talk about body images. Today in society there is an image that everyone wants to achieve, but we are all beautiful in our ways. It doesn't matter if you are thick, or if you are skinny. You do not have to lose weight to look beautiful. You already are beautiful just the way you are. Everyone is amazing and unique. We all need to start thinking about what we love about each other, as well as ourselves. We need to start lifting ourselves. You matter. You are Beautiful. I hope you have a fantastic day. Bbbyyyeee! Self-Care in Spring.

Self-Care In Spring Hello lovelies, Self Care is a very important part of your mental health as well as physical health. We are going from Winter to Spring, and right now it is a critical time to make sure to self-care. This is where sadness hits most people. Make sure you take care of yourself. I would recommend a sugar scrub that my mom taught me. I call it Lemon Splash. 1 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of olive oil (or grapevine Oil) 2 Tablespoons of Honey and 1/3 Cup of Lemon Zest This will exfoliate your skin as well as making it smooth. I have been using it for years. Make sure you take some time out of your week to pamper yourself. You deserve it. You are more important than anything else going on. Sometimes it is hard to pamper yourself when your schedule is completely booked, but it will make you feel refreshed. I hope you have a wonderful day. Get to pampering yourself. Bbbbyyyyeeee!
